These terms apply to all visitors using the Max Bongiorno Painting website and all clients engaging our painting and decorating services. By submitting a quote request or commissioning work, you agree to these conditions.

Quotes and Estimates

Initial estimates provided through the website or over the phone are indicative and based on customer-supplied details. Final binding quotes are provided in writing following an on-site inspection of surface conditions, substrate access, and required preparation. Written quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide clear and safe physical access to the work area during agreed operating hours. This includes ensuring vehicles are moved from driveways when exterior or roof work is scheduled, keeping pets secured, and clearing fragile personal belongings from interior rooms before painting begins.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules and milestones are outlined in your written quote. Invoices become due upon completion of the specified stage or project handover. We accept payment by Cash, Direct Deposit, Electronic Funds Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Workmanship Guarantee

Our work is backed by a 5-year workmanship guarantee on qualified residential and commercial painting projects, provided surfaces are maintained in accordance with standard manufacturer guidelines. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing structural timber rot, moisture ingress from roof leaks, or deliberate surface abuse.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW). Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
